I can't figure out if he's smarter or dumber than Renji. Who cares?? Rukia. Rukia can do whatever she wants! He's just some guy. He doesn't even know what a Shinigami does. Even if she's a bratty little tomboy I bet she could do better than some drugged out cop with busted legs.
